We are excited to see you and grateful for your return to The Pink Peony.
We have incorporated the following protocols, per the Boletín Oficial del Estado (Oficial State Bulletin) guidelines. We will need your collaboration to keep everyone who visits our salons as safe as possible.
The most critical mandate to note is that bathrooms are restricted for urgent needs only. We are also discouraged from offering drinks, although exceptions will be made. Magazines and other reading materials will not be available.
These are some of the following protocols you can expect during your visit:
Upon entering the salon, we will check your temperature with a digital thermometer.
If your temperature is above 37,5º C, or have a fever, cough, cold, or appear to be ill, we reserve the right to reschedule your treatment.
All of our employees will pass through the same protocols and have daily health screening.
We ask that you please observe the following:
Come with a face mask. We will have masks available for purchase.
Bring only essential belongings with you. Do not come with food, drinks, shopping bags, bicycles, skate, and other non-essentials. If you come with a bike, please keep it parked outside the salon or come with a plastic bag to keep it covered.
Wear minimum or no accessories.
Please do not come with a companion, who does not have a reservation, unless it is a caregiver. In the case where we need to make an exception, please inform us in advance.
If you are getting a pedicure, please bring sandals to protect your freshly polished nails. We are limiting the time that clients can stay in the drying area.
Please keep conversations with the estheticians and other guests at a minimum.
For services that involve face-to-face contacts, like eyebrow or upper lip threading, please raise your hand before speaking. This way, the esthetician has time to adjust her mask or face shield or move away, if necessary.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
